What does wellness mean to you?

To me, wellness is a life in balance.

Wellness involves continually learning and making gradual changes to enhance our state of well-being allowing us to live life to its fullest.

Do you feel you have balance at the following levels?

Physical
Intellectual
Emotional
Social
Occupational
Spiritual
Environmental
